By accessing or using EchoFi's website and Listen-to-Earn web app, users agree to comply with all the terms outlined below.

• Users must connect a Web3 wallet(or email) to access core features.
• Each user is allowed only one account for reward purposes.

• Rewards are calculated based on actual listening time and engagement metrics.
• EchoFi reserves the right to adjust reward algorithms to prevent fraud and maintain system balance.

• Echo Token (ECHO) is the primary reward and utility token within the platform.
• EchoFi holds no responsibility for market fluctuations in token value.
• Users are solely responsible for their own token transactions, swaps, or staking activities.

• Any form of cheating, including auto-clicking, auto-play, bot farming, or reward manipulation, is strictly prohibited.
• EchoFi reserves the right to suspend accounts or blacklist wallets involved in fraudulent activities.

• All NFTs obtained through Mystery Box openings or purchases on the Marketplace belong to the respective users.
• EchoFi is not responsible for NFT trading activities between users.

EchoFi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

EchoFi is not liable for system outages, service interruptions, or losses caused by force majeure events.

These Terms of Service are governed by international internet and consumer protection laws.
